Public consultation on the renewal of the Quebec Youth Policy: the Chagnon Foundation submits a brief

Entitled Pour que tous les jeunes du Québec réussissent à l'école et dans la vie (Helping Quebec youth to succeed in school and in life), this brief responds to the questions asked in the consultation document*, but also encourages reflection on other issues, proposing a series of constructive, proactive recommendations.
