Les Grandes rencontres sur la persévérance scolaire – a major conference on student retention
The Grandes rencontres sur la persévérance scolaire (conference on student retention) will be held from November 4-6, 2013, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
Under the theme of "Agir tôt. Voir grand !" (Act early. Think big!), this conference is a key event for all actors in the field of early childhood and education in Quebec who are working to ensure the academic success of children and youth from 0 to 20 years of age.
The Grandes rencontres provide a unique opportunity for stakeholders to make a collective contribution to solutions for keeping students in school, starting in very early childhood and continuing right though a child's entire academic career. The conference gives participants a forum for the transfer of knowledge, which will do much to strengthen initiatives across the province.
Avenir d'enfants and Réunir Réussir are among the partners of this event.
