Pump up your pulse with WIXX!

Québec en Forme is proud to launch WIXX, a communication campaign aimed at promoting recreational activities and active transportation among pre-teens aged 9 to 13. More specifically, our goals are to prevent the significant drop in physical activity observed in teenagers around the ages of 13 and 14, to make them aware of the importance of regular activity and to improve their attitude.
