The "Trousse famille" (family kit) was the prizewinning initiative in the Coups de coeur pour un Québec Famille 2011 contest during Quebec Family Week (Semaine québécoise des familles)
By distributing 800 "family kits" for expecting and new parents, the Beauce region of Quebec became the largest experimental environment for this provincial initiative. Offered free of charge by Avenir d'enfants, the kits are chock-full of useful material. Every object comes with a simple message designed to raise parents' awareness and help them better prepare for the arrival of their baby or to create a bond of trust between baby and parents to help them all to grow!
