The Institut de la statistique du Québec has just published an article entitled "Hyperactivity and Inattention Symptoms in Children, from Preschool Years to Grade 2"
The article is based on data from the Québec Longitudinal Study of Child Development (QLSCD 1998-2010). It describes developmental trajectories of hyperactivity and inattention in chidren from 3 ½ to 8 years of age, and their association with various characteristics such as academic performance, taking a medication to treat these symptoms, and type of class attented in Grade 2.
