How can Canadian philanthropy provide leadership to ensuring that our future is healthier, safer, more just and prosperous for the many, not just the few? The Chagnon Foundation chose to partner directly with the Government of Quebec to bring about systemic change to families and children living in poverty. Jean-Marc Chouinard shares some challenges encountered, lessons learned, and impacts from this decade-long philanthropic-public partnership.
